Our Practice

Care that focuses on you as an individual.

Bios is here to provide integrative, Naturopathic care to patients, but we also have two additional areas of expertise which include gut issues (like IBS, SIBO and microbiome restoration) and infertility in both women and men.

We investigate the root cause of symptoms using a thorough intake and data from laboratory testing and imaging. We put the pieces together and design a personalized, integrative treatment plan that focuses on the whole body and its systems. This unique approach combines the best of naturopathic and conventional medicine. For example, we may write a prescription for a patient from their local pharmacy while providing additional care and a treatment plan. The purpose of this additional care is to improve the patient's health to a point where lab tests indicate that the original prescription is no longer needed.

Dr. Stephanie Graham, N.D.

Dr. Stephanie Graham is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor specializing in digestive disorders, microbiome restoration, and integrative endocrinology. With more than 12 years of clinical experience, she helps patients throughout Arizona, California, and Colorado uncover and address the root causes of chronic illness.

After overcoming severe chronic digestive issues through naturopathic medicine as a young adult, Dr. Graham was inspired to pursue a career dedicated to helping others regain their health. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of living with chronic digestive disease including SIBO, she understands the profound impact these conditions have on quality of life and is passionate about helping patients find lasting solutions.

Dr. Graham earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine) in 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Human Health Studies at Arizona State University in 2008. She is licensed in Arizona, California, and Colorado and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, the California Naturopathic Doctors Association, the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

A SIBO Certified Practitioner, Dr. Graham completed advanced training through the SIBO Mastery Program twice with internationally recognized expert Dr. Nirala Jacobi. She has extensive experience treating Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and other chronic digestive conditions.

Her clinical approach emphasizes restoring the gut microbiome to create a healthier intestinal environment that supports balanced digestion, immune function, and overall wellness. Recognizing that many chronic health conditions have roots in the gut, Dr. Graham focuses on identifying and correcting microbiome imbalances as a foundation for long-term healing.

In addition to digestive health, Dr. Graham has extensive expertise in integrative endocrinology, helping patients optimize thyroid, adrenal, and hormone health through a comprehensive, root-cause approach. She treats thyroid disorders including hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis, as well as hormone imbalances throughout every stage of life. Her clinical experience includes caring for patients with PMS, painful or irregular menstrual cycles, perimenopause, menopause, and men's health including low testosterone (andropause) with personalized treatment plans designed to restore balance and improve long-term health and vitality.

Dr. Graham is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues advanced continuing education far beyond licensing requirements, ensuring her patients benefit from the latest evidence-informed research and treatment approaches.

Originally from Arizona, Dr. Graham now resides in San Jose, California. She was the second person in her family to earn a college degree and the first to earn a doctorate. Outside of running a practice, she enjoys yoga, Ultimate Frisbee, complex strategy board games, painting miniature figures, and spending time with her husband, friends, and two Sphynx cats Dr. Walter Bishop and Professor Ted Mosby.
